Compensation Pay Range

$15.50 - $21.50

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums, which vary based on circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Job Overview

The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers and supports store management in assigned tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow and promote all company customer service programs, e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them with merchandise selection.
3. Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent service to customers calling the store, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and offering related products.
6. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process transactions accurately.
7. Handle exchanges and returns according to policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
9. Assist with daily store operations such as freight receival, stocking, and cleaning.
10. Perform in-store services like installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning vehicle trouble codes (where legal).
11. Drive delivery vehicle as needed, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, Knowledge, and Experience

Required: Ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly, provide outstanding customer service, multitask effectively.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification, multilingual ability (Spanish preferred).
