Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers.
• Support store management in various tasks.
• Follow all customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers as needed.
• Complete relevant training.
• Handle phone inquiries, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Manage cash register operations, including cash, checks, credit card transactions, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with store organization, inventory, freight receival, and stock updates.
• Operate store equipment after training.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries).
• Drive delivery vehicle if required and eligible.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
