Job summary

Serac builds high-precision filling, capping & packaging machinery in Chicago. We seek a Mechanical Assembler to bring these machines to life on our production floor.

You will assemble from blueprints and BOMs, install pneumatic systems, perform setup and testing, and collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues while maintaining quality documentation and safety reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years assembling/troubleshooting packaging or industrial machinery.
• Proficient with power, hand, pneumatic & fabrication tools.
• Reads blueprints & pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.
• Able to lift 50 lbs; Open to occasional travel.

Responsibilities
