Tech24 is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Lewisville, TX to support service operations and field technicians. You'll source parts, build repair estimates, and coordinate with vendors, technicians, and customers to ensure timely service delivery.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring parts availability, accurate pricing, and clear communication throughout the repair process.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of administrative, parts coordination, or estimating experience (service or repair industry preferred).
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, or refrigeration parts is a plus.
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with service software, Microsoft Office, and data entry systems.
• Experience working with vendors, purchase orders, and pricing is preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Source and Order Parts for commercial kitchen equipment; ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Build and Manage Estimates; create accurate repair estimates including parts and labor.
• Vendor Coordination; confirm pricing, availability, and lead times with suppliers.
• Work Order Management; update orders with parts and estimates throughout service lifecycle.
• Customer Communication; provide updates on estimates, approvals, parts status, and timelines.
• Track Parts and Inventory; monitor orders and maintain inventory records as needed.
• Utilize Service Systems; process estimates and manage work orders efficiently.
• Cross-Functional Support; coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and leadership.
