Job summary

Malin is seeking a Parts Correspondent to fulfill parts requests for material handling equipment, primarily forklifts. You will process requests from Malin Technicians or external customers, source parts from Raymond and other makes, and communicate pricing and availability.

Accurate data entry and timely follow-up are essential in this role. You will chat via Zendesk or phone to collect details, ensure orders are complete, and update work orders with notes and shipping instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts requests from Malin employees or external customers via Zendesk, phone, or email.
• Review requests for accuracy and request missing information by following up.
• Provide pricing information and availability to customers or staff.
• Source Raymond and other makes of parts from online catalogues and catalogs.
• Update and close work orders with detailed notes and proper packing/shipping methods.
