Job summary

New England Precision, Inc. in Randolph, Vermont, is seeking a full-time Parts Sorter-Repackaging-Float Labor to join our precision metal stamping team.

This hands-on role focuses on sorting, repackaging and moving parts, with emphasis on quality and accuracy. No experience is required—we will train the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well both independently and with a team on first shift.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Sort and repackage parts for shipment
• Inspect parts for defects, damage or inconsistencies
• Lift boxes to piece count, label and package
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and well organized work area.
• Perform material handling and movement of parts throughout the facility.
• Provide support to various departments as production needs change.
