Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an experienced assembler in Fairport, NY to set up and operate assembly equipment, including small hydraulic presses, drills, welders and riveting equipment. You will rotate through cells, pack finished products, maintain a clean, safe workspace and contribute to cell improvements.

The role requires basic reading/writing English, HS diploma or GED preferred, and 1 year of assembly or lean manufacturing experience. 7:00am–3:30pm shift, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must read and understand MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• 1 year minimum experience in assembly or lean manufacturing.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and read measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly equipment (presses, drills, welders, riveters, winders).
• Rotate in other work cells as directed by supervisor.
• Pack finished product for shipment and maintain clean work area.
• Contribute to cell improvements and uphold quality standards.
