Job summary

PrecisionX Group seeks a Quality Inspector-Packer in New Jersey to inspect, pack, and prepare parts for shipment per customer specs. You will perform mechanical and visual inspections, maintain records, and ensure proper identification and documentation of products.

Responsibilities include following packing instructions, maintaining inspection records, using ERP and shipping software, and supporting production/shipping with accurate data. Prior experience in precision manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience reading and interpreting material cards and process sheets.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail for inspection/packaging.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack parts according to due date priority and packing instructions.
• Interpret sales write-ups and packaging instructions and maintain charts/records.
• Operate electronic counting scales and use shop floor system to maintain records.
• Use ERP to process work orders and manage inventory/transactions.
• Use UPS/FedEx/DHL software to create shipping labels and documentation.
