Randstad USA is seeking skilled assemblers/assembly technicians for flexible shifts and short-term mandates in light manufacturing. You will perform precision assembly, use various tools, and conduct quality inspections to ensure high-quality component assembly.

The role requires adaptability to different client production environments and learning new procedures quickly. Location is Jaffrey, NH with variable work hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics or work instructions.
• Experience with assembly tools.
• Willingness to adapt to varying shifts and client environments.

Responsibilities

• Precision assembly: follow schematics, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment as required.
• Conduct in-process and final visual inspections for quality control.
• Wiring/soldering tasks to connect components (if applicable).
• Adapt to new procedures and short-term mandates.
