Job summary

The Lindgren Group is seeking a Racker | Parts Preparation Technician for Avtec Finishing in New Hope, Minnesota. This entry-level manufacturing role requires dependable attendance and the ability to follow written procedures.

You will rack, inspect, count, and prepare customer parts for plating, supporting production throughout the facility. No prior metal finishing experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred; training provided.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing setting with PPE.
• Ability to read instructions and use basic math.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify parts before processing.
• Rack parts per work instructions and quality rules.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Package finished products for shipment and complete paperwork.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
