Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to connect with customers and maintain professional image.
• Understands basic selling processes.
• Basic data entry and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience working independently and in a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Establish rapport with customers and provide quality service.
• Recommend parts and alternatives meeting customers' needs.
• Fulfills online orders and directs will-calls.
• Utilize computer systems including JD Parts, PartsExpert, JD Point, PartsAdvisor, barcode system, and Dealer Business System.
• Supply service technicians with required parts.
• Maintain showroom image and merchandise displays.
• Verify inventory receipts and assist with parts ordering and cycle counts.
• Keep the parts department clean and organized.
• Maintain department tools and equipment.
• Pursue company-sponsored training to develop skills.
• Maintain positive relationships with peers and management to support teamwork.
