Job summary

Campbell Tractor Co. in Kentucky is seeking a parts clerk to sell service parts, bulk fluids, attachments, and accessories. This role involves in-store customer service, stocking duties, and providing complete parts solutions for customers.

You will establish rapport, recommend parts, fulfill online orders, and use JD Parts and dealer systems to maintain inventory integrity and showroom standards. Requires a high school diploma, data-entry ability, and lift capability up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Ability to connect with customers, maintain professional image and establish rapport.
Understands basic selling processes.
Basic data entry skills and experience using basic computer programs.
Experience working independently and in a team setting.
Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Basic parts and machinery knowledge.

Responsibilities

Quickly establish rapport with customers.
Provides quality customer experience through knowledge, use of systems, and process execution.
Provides parts recommendations including alternatives that meet customers’ needs.
Fulfills online orders in timely manner and places in will call area.
Effective use of computer applications including Sales Manual, JD Parts®, Parts Expert®, JD Point®, PartsAdvisor®, barcode system and Dealer Business System.
Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
