Job summary

Campbell Tractor Co. in Nampa, Idaho, is seeking a Parts Specialist to help customers find service parts, bulk fluids, attachments and accessories while maintaining a professional showroom and accurate inventory.

You will support in-store and online orders and assist technicians with parts as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic data entry, and experience using parts systems and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to connect with customers and establish rapport.
• Understanding of basic selling processes.
• Basic data entry and ability to use computer programs (Microsoft-based).
• Experience working both independently and in a team setting.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with customers and provide quality service.
• Provide parts recommendations including alternatives meeting customers' needs.
• Fulfill online orders and place items in will-call area.
• Use JD Parts, PartsExpert, JD Point, PartsAdvisor and related systems.
• Supply Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Assist with maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays.
• Verify receipting-in of shipments and help place parts orders in inventory locations; assist in cycle counts.
• Keep parts department clean and orderly; maintain tools and equipment.
• Participate in company-sponsored training to develop knowledge and skills.
• Maintain positive relationships with peers and management to ensure teamwork and customer service.
