Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Nashville is seeking a full-time Parts Associate to support Professional customers, manage inventory, and coordinate sourcing of OE and aftermarket parts. You will use e-catalogs and ordering systems to help customers and ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with store management to resolve issues related to RTVs, cores, and warranties. ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Dress standard, follows store uniform policy.
• Assist Professional customers with catalogs (Weblink, WorldPac) and ordering systems.
• Manage inventory of stocked parts and support stock orders.
• Source and order requested parts for professional customers’ mechanical repair processes.
• Monitor delivery times and improve service levels; assist in sourcing OE/ recycled parts.
• Provide communication to the Store General Manager regarding service/inventory issues.
• Track RTVs, cores, and warranties for prompt resolution.
• Attend Professional customer production meetings as requested by management.
• Help identify products bought from OE dealers that could be sourced intercompany.
