You will help source and order requested parts for professional repairs, monitor delivery times, and provide timely updates to management. The role emphasizes OE-sourced alternatives and intercompany sourcing where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Dress standard and follow uniform policy.
• Assist Professional customers with use of catalogs and ordering systems.
• Manage inventory and stock orders; assist with weekly stock levels.
• Source and order parts for Professional customers and monitor delivery times.
• Communicate ETA updates to Store General Manager; track warranties and RTVs.
