You will assist professional customers with web-based catalogs (Weblink, WorldPac) and ordering, manage stocked parts and coordinate stock orders, and help source OE or other requested parts for repairs. The role emphasizes accuracy in order processing, timely communication on ETA's, and participation in professional customer meetings to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using parts catalogs or online ordering systems preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional customers with use of Weblink, WorldPac and other catalogs.
• Help inventory management by stocking parts and processing stock orders.
• Source and order requested parts for professional customers’ repairs.
• Follow up on ETA's and communicate status to management.
• Attend professional customer production meetings as requested.
