Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to use parts department computer system
• Good communication skills
• Ability to operate a forklift truck is a plus
• Clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented
• Self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Receive & send shipments, verify information against invoices, orders and other records
• Keep bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled
• Maintain receiving and shipping records, and returned parts records
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and communicate with shipper to rectify damages
• Ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
