Four-State-Trucks is seeking a Parts Coordinator to handle customer orders, prepare estimates, and manage the flow of parts for installation jobs. You will create new customer accounts, input orders into our system, and coordinate with warehouses or vendors to fulfill requests.

The role requires prior customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy trucking parts shop.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience with strong communication, problem solving, and organization.
• Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn products, policies, and trucking industry.

Responsabilidades

• Take orders for parts installations and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, parts lists, and work orders for each customer job.
• Create new customer accounts and input order details into computer systems.
• Order parts from warehouse or vendors and create purchase orders as needed.
• Manage parts inventories.
• Collect deposits/payments and invoice for completed work orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
