The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of computers. Expect a full benefits package and a daytime shift, with emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Direct industry experience selling light, medium, and/or heavy-duty truck parts.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to understand vague and implicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations.
• Must be able to work under stressful conditions and irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide elite customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing orders.
• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
• Listen, exhibit energy and project a genuine willingness to assist.
• Effectively communicate with clientele to ensure objectives and provide information to assist customer.
• Effectively communicate with technicians and retail customers to ensure correct part is ordered.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
