Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and service specialists for professional customers.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, accept payments, and process credit card transactions.
• Assist with daily store operations, stocking, planogram updates, and inventory tasks.
• Provide in-store vehicle services where allowed by state law and training.
• Participate in ongoing training and other duties as assigned.
