Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and upsell items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with in-store operations: stock, planograms, freight, and image maker.
• Perform routine maintenance and in-store services per training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
