Job summary
O’Reilly Auto Parts in California is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide outstanding customer service to retail and installer customers. Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
- Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in store.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and related systems.
- A.S.E. certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow company customer service programs and promotions.
- Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
- Assist professional customers as needed.
- Complete required company training for the role.
- Answer store calls and quote prices, promoting related items and guarantees.
- Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions securely.
- Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
- Support stock, planograms, and inventory counts.
- Operate in-store equipment after training and approval.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
