Job summary

American Augers, located in West Salem, Ohio is a division of The Toro Company. The Customer Service Specialist will provide timely answers to elevated service part related inquiries/issues for all customers—end users, dealers, distributors, and agents.

Position requires two years in order processing and technical customer service, with strong communication, data entry, and SAP proficiency to resolve complex parts issues and coordinate shipping and returns.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of two years in order processing and technical customer service.
Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

Research and resolve parts-related issues for AA customers, including dealers and end users.
Respond to inquiries regarding parts with accurate information and support.
Assist with disputed shipping claims, debits, credits and returns with involved parties.
Maintain relationships with assigned customers and coordinate with other business areas.
Utilize SAP to plan and allocate orders and coordinate shipping.
Manage SAP Part Notes; create and update notes.
Serve as liaison with Technical Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Production Control, Marketing, Training.
