Job summary

The Toro Company’s American Augers division in West Salem, Ohio is hiring for Technical Product Support roles across I–III levels. You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, reference blueprints and manuals, and communicate solutions to dealers, customers, and field personnel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1-5 years of relevant American Augers or Ditch Witch or related experience.
• Experience in sales and marketing; field or construction site conditions awareness.
• 10+ years experience for higher level roles preferred; training and sales/marketing skills emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive, professional relationships with dealers, customers, and factory personnel.
• Analyze information to understand mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment performance issues using gauges and meters.
• Communicate field problems and suggested solutions for resolution.
• Create and maintain records including warranty claims and documenting equipment issues.
• Repair and implement upgrades to equipment.
• Use PCs to develop, distribute, and present technical and training information.
