Job summary

UGSI Solutions in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support external customers and internal teams in quoting and selling replacement parts. The role is in-person at our Vineland location, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and experience with ERP/CRM systems to process quotes, orders, and invoices.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a customer service-related role.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment with strong communication.
• Ability to use ERP/CRM systems and generate quotes, orders, and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails, provide information, and support the service team.
• Create quotes, sales orders, invoices, and POs; enter manufacturing orders.
• Handle RMAs and No Charges; coordinate with accounting for payments or credits.
• Log cases in Salesforce and assist in resolution.
• Identify replacement parts and upsell opportunities during interactions.
• Collaborate with Service, Engineering, Production, and Inventory teams.
