Winchester Equipment Co.'s Bobcat of Tidewater is seeking a full-time Parts & Service Sales Representative for our Virginia Beach branch to grow aftermarket parts and service sales, manage key accounts, and deliver excellent customer support.

The role is customer-facing, requiring you to serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, promote parts/service/maintenance programs, build lasting relationships, and track activity in Badger CRM and call sheets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in equipment, parts, or service sales (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Able to lift 75 lbs.; high school diploma or equivalent.
