Job summary

Winchester Equipment Co. (Bobcat of Northern Virginia) is seeking a Service Writer to coordinate service repairs, communicate with customers, and provide cost/time estimates. You will manage repair orders, schedule technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction for a growing equipment service team.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated with excellent customer service and telephone/computer skills, and may have prior experience with construction equipment. Competitive benefits are offered.
