Job summary

Winchester Equipment Co. (Bobcat of Northern Virginia) is seeking a Service Writer to coordinate service repairs, communicate with customers, and provide cost/time estimates. You will manage repair orders, schedule technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction for a growing equipment service team.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated with excellent customer service and telephone/computer skills, and may have prior experience with construction equipment. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Excellent telephone and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior experience with construction equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls, intake of customer's description of equipment issue.
• Repair order management.
• Scheduling Service appointments and assigning to technicians.
• Providing cost and time estimates for repairs.
• Communicating the customer's concerns to the technicians.
• Keeping the customer informed of their equipment's status.
• Customer satisfaction.
