Job summary

Bretz RV & Marine in Pasco, WA seeks a hands-on operations leader to build and run the parts and service operation. You will develop people, improve workflows, and work closely with the regional operations director and the General Sales Manager to deliver a world-class customer experience.

You’ll bring at least three years of leadership experience, a practical problem-solving mindset, and a bias for action. No automotive, RV, marine, or powersports experience is required to learn the business.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience leading teams.
• Ability to coach people, organize work, and drive results.
• Hands-on approach working alongside the team.
• Strong communication and sound judgment under pressure.
• Integrity, humility, and willingness to learn a new business.
• Experience in service/operations/retail or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day parts and service operations, reporting to the regional operations director.
• Develop people, improve workflows, and remove obstacles.
• Coach technicians, advisors, and support staff to meet targets.
• Coordinate service scheduling, parts, warranty follow-through, and delivery prep.
• Ensure safe work practices and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear show-throughs to customers about next steps.
