DNOW is seeking a reliable warehouse/order processing professional to support shipping, receiving, and order execution. The role involves handling quotations, ERP data entry, and assisting AR with collections to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of related experience and/or training.
• Detail-oriented with ERP and inventory knowledge.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and deliveries.
• Create, develop, and close orders.
• Provide quotations to customers.
• Provide manuals and drawings as needed.
• Enter all information into the ERP system.
• Track material deliveries and expedite orders.
• Initiate the RMA process for returns.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with customer collections as needed.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation.
• Request pricing from vendors and create purchase orders.
