Job summary

Newlifeparts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the branch by managing stock and pulling orders for customers with accuracy and strong service. You will prepare shipments, check invoices, assist in ERP inventory, move goods with forklifts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

This role requires a High School diploma, 1–3 years of warehouse or delivery experience, fluent English, and basic Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a warehouse associate or delivery driver.
• Proficiency in English, good verbal and written communication.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic spreadsheet tasks in Excel.
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce-like tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments: pull, pack and prep orders for pickup or delivery.
• Verify items against invoices and paperwork.
• Assist with ERP inventory processing and labeling to maintain stock levels.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
