Qualifikationen

• Oversee parts and service operations with strong leadership.
• Must have CDL or able to obtain one.
• 4–5 years in shop/parts management, heavy/medium-duty preferred.
• Experience in training, coaching and mentoring staff.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with dealership computer systems / DMS.
• Ability to work well in a team and drive customer-focused results.

• Generate ideas to improve day-to-day branch operations.
• Ensure warranty procedures, repairs, and documentation are compliant.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dealership facilities and grounds.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.
