Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL or ability to obtain one is required.
• 4–5 years of related experience in shop and parts management.
• Experience with training, coaching and mentoring employees.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Proficiency with dealership computer systems/DMS.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Active desire for professional growth.
• Experience in customer relations and conflict management.
