General Parts Distribution LLC (760) seeks a General Manager committed to inspiring our team and helping customers succeed. The role blends professional sales and store management, requiring knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and store operations to drive growth with integrity.

You will lead hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management, maintain inventory and service standards, and develop professional customer relationships to meet sales targets and corporate metrics.

Formación

• Experience with store systems, automotive systems and parts knowledge.
• Ability to develop and manage professional customer relationships.
• Strong leadership, scheduling and performance management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow professional customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule, and engage store team members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Coach teams to meet customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Assume manager-on-duty responsibilities and safety compliance.
• Lead change management and foster a respectful environment.
