• In-person and phone-based customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable parts growth through disciplined management of revenue, margins, expenses, overtime, and freight recovery.
• Enforce pricing, discount, and margin guardrails; document and upscale exceptions to the General Manager and Sales & Pricing as required.
• Lead and develop the parts team through hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Foster a customer-focused culture by modeling and enforcing consistent counter standards, follow-up, and professional service behaviors.
• Resolve customer and internal escalations, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate communication, and proper documentation in compliance with SOPs.
• Partner daily with service leadership to manage parts constraints, hot repair orders, backorders, staging, and technician wait time.
• Oversee repair order accuracy to reduce missed parts-to-labor capture, billing errors, and documentation gaps.
• Manage inventory health and compliance, including KPIs, cycle counts, returns, cores, credits, adjustments, and bin discipline.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial administration, including invoice coding, month-end requirements, and management of open customer orders and invoices.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards across the parts department.
• Execute company standards locally while escalating recurring issues, authority exceptions, and systemic risks through proper channels.
• Maintain a consistent daily and weekly operating cadence focused on service execution, inventory control, escalation follow-up, and team coaching.
