Responsibilities

• Provide support coverage on parts job functions as required.
• Use parts manuals to find and identify parts needed.
• Provide parts lookup and sales assistance to customers and technicians.
• Perform parts ordering, invoicing, shipping and receiving for customers and technicians.
• Research and acquisition of materials from outside vendors.
• Maintain knowledge of computer systems and methods for all parts functions.
• Familiar with department forms and documents and compliant information handling.
• Keep current with changes in manuals or computer systems and procedures.
• Knowledgeable on document retention and filing systems.
• Reconcile reports, invoices and purchase orders.
• Maintain logs on maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
• Exhibit tact and etiquette on the phone and via electronic communications.
