Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, adaptable, and drive results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication with service teams and customers.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computers; experiences with parts systems preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds continuously.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Research, source, price parts and determine needs for service repairs.
• Pull parts and stage for service technicians.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and parts and the associated costs of each.
• Complete all necessary paperwork on each transaction in an accurate timely manner.
• Keep track of backorders and work with manufacturers on reducing lead times.
• Provide relief as needed for warehouse and service team. This includes (but is not limited to) assisting warehouse team moving parts and occasionally running for parts for the service team.
• Process credits, make adjustments, and monitor for restocking charges on all parts sales completed.
• Performing shipping/receiving and warehouse duties as assigned.
