You will be the liaison between Parts and Service, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring equipment runs at peak performance. This full-time role offers base pay plus commission, strong training, and a comprehensive benefits package including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to form strong relationships with customers.

• Experience planning, developing, and executing sales action plans.
• Knowledge and experience in heavy equipment parts and service.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
