Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in service/parts within printing or related industries.
• Computer: basic email, internet, word processing and spreadsheets; SAP and Salesforce CRM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign technicians to work orders based on availability and required skills.
• Oversee service work order process from quotation to dispatch and communication with stakeholders.
• Provide technical assistance, review machine drawings, and identify parts for delivery.
• Approve quotes with standard or special pricing for major repairs or opportunities.
• Coordinate with factories and customers for pricing, disputes, and knowledge transfer.
• Escalate issues to Service Management and drive process improvements.
