Job summary

NFI seeks a Service Coordinator in Wisconsin to input data accurately, create and receive purchase orders for parts and outside vendor support, and assist with inventory control. Reports to Maintenance Field Manager or assigned Service Manager.

You will provide high‑level customer service, coordinate PO requests from field, identify and order parts, and handle invoices and cycle counts, while following safety and company policies in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with field invoicing and PO processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers in Distribution by demonstrating prompt and thorough attention to details, issues and requests.
• Coordinate PO requests from field by phone or email with creating purchase orders and notify location or vendor with a return email.
• Identify and order necessary replacement parts, special order parts, lube/oil supplies, shop supplies where applicable.
• Enter local and field invoices and attach to purchase order in TMT.
• Process Maintenance Invoice Management weekly FEC statement of invoices.
• Direct customer inquiries to various support departments, providing timely and professional customer service support on issues.
