  • Maintain communication with customers regarding repair status, delays, and completion timelines.
  • Process parts sales and assist with identifying appropriate parts as needed.
  • Review technician recommendations and communicate additional repair needs to customers.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of labor, parts, and customer approvals.
  • Maintain organized records and workflow within the dealership management system.
  • Work collaboratively with the parts and service departments to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments as needed.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalation issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
