Job summary

ALT Sales Corp. in Richfield, OH is seeking a full-time Parts Administrator & Service Department Associate to support the service department and manage stock. The role demands strong office skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $100 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment. Responsibilities include purchasing stock, inventory tracking, and coordinating with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy construction equipment is preferred
• Detail oriented and organized
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
• Able to sit for long periods of time
• Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; NexGen maintenance software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Purchase new or additional stock via phone, email or web portal
• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer
• Verify inventory computations by comparing to physical counts and investigate discrepancies
• Store items in stockrooms or other areas
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas for safety
• Prepare and maintain inventory records, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures
• Distribute materials to customers or coworkers based on orders or requisitions
• Other tasks as assigned
