Job summary

Altorfer Inc. is hiring for a parts associate to take part orders by phone and serve walk-in customers. You will lookup part numbers, load/unload freight with a forklift, and assist in daily warehouse duties.

Required are a high school diploma and experience in parts, inventory, and farm equipment, plus the ability to lift 75 lbs and operate basic software (UPS Worldship, MS Excel, Outlook). A valid driver's license with a clean record is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in parts, inventory and farm equipment is required.
• Must lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders/stairs daily.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Primarily take part orders over the phone and service walk-in customers.
• Look up part numbers in equipment parts books or online resources.
• Load and unload freight using a forklift.
• May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.
