Job summary

CORD Financial Services LLC, based in Temple, Texas, is seeking a Parts Associate for an on-site role. You will support the Parts Manager and sales team, handle orders with vendors and customers, and assist with inventory and shipping operations.

The position emphasizes office/warehouse duties, strong organizational skills, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is not offered, and lifting requirements are part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ general office and warehouse experience.
MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Knowledge of QuickBooks or other ERP system is helpful.
Ability to learn new software/systems easily.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Solid customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provides support to Parts Manager and Distributor Sales Team for current and new customers & vendors, including ordering parts, tracking orders, resolving discrepancies, handling calls, and assisting with the e-commerce site.
Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Business Development and Accounting to support customer and vendor needs.
Assists Parts Manager with monthly cycle counts and inventory control measures.
Assists Warehouse Associate with packing and preparing orders for shipping, and to ensure inventory is in-stock.
