Job summary

Cobalt Truck Equipment in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Parts Specialist to support warehouse and parts operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and customer parts identification. You will also assist with commercial parts sales and product recommendations to local fleet customers.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to multitask, and experience with inventory systems. This position is full-time and primarily indoor with some outdoor tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience in parts/warehouse/automotive environment preferred.
• Customer service or commercial sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of truck/automotive parts preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Proficiency with inventory management and business systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift operation experience or certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification within six months.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in identifying and sourcing correct parts.
• Receive, stock, organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Track open orders, backorders and urgent requests.
• Communicate order status and delays with internal teams.
• Process returns and RMAs promptly.
• Pull, stage and verify kits and parts for jobs.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventories.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in systems.
• Keep warehouse organized and 5S compliant.
• Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving and logistics as needed.
• Support continuous improvement in parts operations.
