Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with product details, pricing, and quotes for parts.
• Enter and process parts orders accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to parts and service.
• Proactively pursue parts sales when needed.
• Perform inside sales duties to support business growth.
• Collaborate with regional parts and service sales representatives.
• Source current part information and pricing for accurate quotations.
• Assist with other duties, assignments, and special projects as needed.
