Job summary

Lonestar Forklift, part of Leavitt Industrial Group, is seeking a Parts Sales Representative in Longview, Texas. This onsite role focuses on selling parts, supporting Service, and managing inventory and receipts.

The candidate will interact with customers, process quotes, and ensure timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has at least two years in a related parts role, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a related parts role.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts and provide service to customers.
• Support with inventory receiving and stocking of parts.
• Assist service technicians with parts and supplies.
• Process quotes, orders, and payments from customers.
• Help shipping and receiving for orders.
• Record transactions and verify receiving documents.
