Job summary

Lonestar Forklift is seeking a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our Longview, Texas team. You will provide sales and technical support to Parts customers and the Service department, while managing the receiving, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of related parts experience, strong MS Office skills, and a customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Selling parts products and providing excellent service to customers.
• Contributing to the achievement of branch revenue and margin targets.
• Providing multiple solutions for pricing and parts availability for requested quotes.
• Following up on outstanding quotes, working to close all possible orders.
• Providing Service Technicians with required parts.
• Overseeing inventory and requesting required parts.
• Supporting with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound orders.
• Collecting payment from customers and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Processing customer credits and returns efficiently.
• Recording all sales transactions and verifying receiving documents.

The Opportunity

Lonestar Forklift is looking for a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Longview, Texas. As the Parts Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to our Parts customers and the Service department, in addition to managing the receiving, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.

The base pay range for this role is: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, plus performance bonuses.

This is an onsite role based in Longview, Texas.
