Lonestar Forklift is a Fort Worth-based forklift dealer providing parts sales and service support. The Parts Sales Representative will handle sales and technical support for parts customers and the service department, while managing parts receiving, delivery, and inventory.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of related parts experience, strong MS Office skills, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Selling parts products and providing excellent service to customers.
• Contributing to branch revenue and margin targets.
• Providing pricing and parts availability solutions for quotes.
• Following up on outstanding quotes and closing orders.
• Providing Service Technicians with required parts.
• Overseeing inventory and requesting required parts.
• Supporting shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound orders.
• Collecting payment from customers and ensuring satisfaction.
• Processing customer credits and returns.
• Recording all sales transactions and verifying receiving documents.

The Opportunity

Lonestar Forklift is looking for a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As the Parts Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to our Parts customers and the Service department, in addition to managing the receiving, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.

As a Parts Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Selling parts products and providing excellent service to customers
• Contributing to the achievement of branch revenue and margin targets
• Providing multiple solutions for pricing and parts availability for requested quotes
• Following up on outstanding quotes, working to close all possible orders
• Providing Service Technicians with required parts
• Overseeing inventory and requesting required parts
• Supporting with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound orders
• Collecting payment from customers and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Processing customer credits and returns efficiently
• Recording all sales transactions and verifying receiving documents

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a related parts role
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confident self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously

The base pay range for this role is: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, plus performance bonuses.

This is an onsite role based in Fort Worth, Texas.
