Job summary

Lonestar Forklift in Longview, Texas is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to deliver sales and technical support to our Parts customers and the Service department.

You will manage receiving, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories, provide pricing quotes, and ensure timely order fulfillment while delivering excellent service to customers. This onsite role offers career growth in a customer-focused team.

The Opportunity

Lonestar Forklift is looking for a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Longview, Texas. As the Parts Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to our Parts customers and the Service department, in addition to managing the receiving, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Selling parts products and providing excellent service to customers
• Contributing to the achievement of branch revenue and margin targets
• Managing key customer accounts
• Providing multiple solutions for pricing and parts availability for requested quotes
• Following up on outstanding quotes, working to close all possible orders
• Providing Service Technicians with required parts
• Overseeing inventory and requesting required parts
• Supporting with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound orders
• Collecting payment from customers and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Processing customer credits and returns efficiently
• Recording all sales transactions and verifying receiving documents

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a related parts role
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Confident self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously

The base pay range for this role is: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, plus performance bonuses.

This is an onsite role based in Longview, Texas.
